Client Access Project
A Client Access Officer is available three days per week at East and Central Sutherland CAB. Our Client Access Officer provides welfare rights advice and supports vulnerable people dealing with poor mental health.
Services the Client Access Officer can offer include: completion of benefit applications and benefit health forms, disability benefit applications and renewal forms, requesting reconsideration of benefit decisions where the client has not been awarded a benefit/level of benefit appropriate to their needs, and helping clients prepare for and submit appeals of benefit decisions to the First Tier Tribunal.
